Use of Service
Family Tales is a personalised storybook platform for children. By using the service you agree to use it for lawful, non-commercial purposes only. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos you grant us a limited licence to process them for storybook generation only. Generated storybooks are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
Tokens & Payments
Token purchases are non-refundable. Subscription tokens reset monthly and do not roll over. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
